What we keep

Your account: name, email and protected password. We cannot read your password.
Your business: name, phone, license, payment methods and terms.
Your work: clients, estimates, prices, suppliers and costs. Only you can see your supplier costs: they do not go to your client or to the AI.
When a client signs or declines: the name they type, their signature if they draw one, the date, their IP address and their browser. This serves as proof of what was signed.
On your phone: a copy of what you have written until it is saved, so it is not lost if the signal drops.

Your audio goes to Cloudflare, which turns it into text. Cloudflare receives the full audio.
We do not keep your audio on our servers, and what you said is not written to our logs.
To build the line items, Cloudflare's AI receives that text with the numbers and the names of your client, your business and you masked. Other names you say, such as a street or another person, are not masked.
«Escribir mejor» (Write better) works the same way: the AI receives your text with the numbers and those names masked.
The recording stays on your phone only while you review what we heard, so you can listen to it.
Cloudflare says it does not train its models on this content, audio included. Cloudflare does not publish how long it keeps its logs, so we do not promise you a time limit.

Hostinger: the server where your information lives.
Cloudflare: network, protection, visits and AI.
Brevo: your account emails and notices, such as “your client signed.”
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager: how the app is used. From dictation they receive only which AI answered and how long it took.
Microsoft Clarity: heat maps, with the on-screen text masked.

Email us at [email protected] and we delete your account with everything in it. Backups delete themselves after 14 days.
